We are a specialty remodeler, highly respected in the industry (BBB A+ rating & Angies List A+ rated) with over 30 years of local experience. We are looking for a sell-do roof repair rep to work in the Northern Virginia area.

You will be consulting with homeowners and providing repair estimates on asphalt shingle, cedar shakes, slate roofs, flat roofs, roof flashings, skylights, and light carpentry, and complete the contracted work in the same visit or follow up visits.

You will be provided qualified, preset & confirmed appointments from our marketing team to meet with homeowners to apply a proven selling system designed around customer satisfaction.

3 years minimum Roofing Repair experience
Considerable knowledge of the methods and practices involved in construction of roofing systems.
Considerable knowledge of possible defects in roofing systems and of effective corrective measures.
In-home sales experience preferred - but not required
Must have excellent conversational skills & be committed to top-notch personal performance
Professional appearance with a persuasive attitude
Reliable, responsible and accountable for your results
Ability to explain inspection results and required corrections both verbally and in writing.
Ability to relate well to the public, vendors and employees at all levels.
Valid driver's license; satisfactory driving record.
