Shiner Roofing, Siding and Windows is seeking an experienced project manager. Manage crews in the field, inspect their work, write punch lists when needed. Will also complete warranty claim inspections.

Qualifications:

Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
Knowledge of residential roofing systems and requirements
Three years construction experience
Excellent communication skills with homeowners and office staff
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
